As a Team

We come together with our master coaches who facilitate our gatherings, provide one-on-one coaching and emergency SWAT calls. As peer support, we meet informally for intimate conversation and support. As a community, we celebrate wins and rally support in tough times.

Heather Kaye

FOUNDER and PRESIDENT

Heather is the founder and President of InVision LLC, and the Executive Sanctuary program, and holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development from American University. Heather is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington and the National Speakers Association, a member of the International Coaches Federation and the author of Awakening Vision and Purpose. She has been on the faculty of both Newfield Network Coaching and American University.

Maegan Scott

Jen Lachman (she/her) is a seasoned coach and facilitator who helps nonprofit leaders and teams tap into the best in themselves so they can make a greater impact in our world. Over the past 15 years, she hass supported leaders who are championing some of the most important work of our time—from ending homelessness and food insecurity to advancing justice and equity for all. Jen’s approach combines curiosity and humor with challenge and rigor to help leaders at all levels harness their strengths, develop new skills, and respond effectively to the pressures of nonprofit leadership—while caring for themselves and others in the process.

Terrie Lupberger

FACILITATOR and MASTER CERTIFIED COACH

She is a Master Certified Coach, consultant and former CEO. Terrie is an international trainer and speaker working widely in Asia and Europe, as well as adjunct faculty at the University of Miami. Combining her twenty plus years of experience in business and her passion for people, she uses innovative change processes to help leaders—for profit and nonprofit— as well as early-stage entrepreneurs to improve results and impact without sacrificing well-being.

Dr Marla Dean

Dr. Marla M. Dean

FACILITATOR and COACH

Dr. Dean has over 30 years of teaching, coaching, leadership, and executive experience. Marla attended The University of Michigan for both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and her Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning. She holds an Education Specialist from Michigan State University in Educational Leadership and conducted her doctorate studies at University of Pennsylvania in Educational Leadership and Organizational Theory. Marla has served on numerous non-profit boards and District government councils and task forces. Finally, Marla is a member of the 2020 Class of Leadership Greater Washington and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
